Complexity List:If your character has one or more of these features, an additional 10-40% will be added to the total for each complexity.
- Accessories ( Headphones, Bags, Phones, etc. )
- Extra body parts ( Limbs, Ears, Wings, Horns, Tail, etc. )
- Scales, markings, detailed tattoos

TERMS OF SERVICE

- as of Nov 2021 -By commissioning me, you (the commissioner) are agreeing to ALL of the following terms:

♦ PAYMENT ♦- All commisions must be paid upfront, in full (USD) via Paypal. I will not start on the commission otherwise.
- Please DO NOT pay for anything until I have confirmed acceptance and sent out an invoice.
- Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours from the time invoice is sent.
- Additional fees may be added depending on the complexity of the commission.
- Prices are subject to change.♦ REFERENCES ♦- I will only accept your commission if adequate VISUAL REFERENCES are supplied. A short paragraph summarizing the description of the character is acceptable.
- The more information I receive, the faster I will be able to complete your commission (pose, clothes details, background color preference, etc.).
- I will not be designing characters for you.♦ PROCESS ♦Sketch -> Lineart -> Coloring- You will receive a screenshot between each work process.
- You can have up to 3 changes made for the sketch process, so please be as specific as possible in your commission form.
- When you agree to proceed to the next step, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE TO THE PREVIOUS STEP unless I am at fault (ie. forgetting details, wrong coloring, marking mistakes, etc.)
- After the work is completed, I will send a .zip file containing the watermarked & un-watermarked versions of the artwork to your preferred e-mail. My signature will remain on the bottom corner of the commission piece.
- Time for the commission to be completed may range from 3 weeks to 2 months. The commissioner will be informed of any delays that may occur.♦ REFUNDS ♦- I maintain the right to decline or cancel a commission (and refund the money should payment have been received).
- You may not demand a refund or cancel the commission after payment has been received.

♦ RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS ♦- I own full rights to the commissions; you retain your rights to your character.
- I reserve the right to post a lower resolution of the commissioned piece in my portfolios / on my social media, as well as stream and/or record the process on Twitch/YouTube, for promotional purposes (unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties).
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission requests for whatever reason.
- I will not own the rights to any of your characters.
- If you are selling your character rights (and art of the character) to another person, you cannot charge them more money than you paid me for the un-watermarked commission.
Commissioners will not be allowed to request commissions with the intention of reselling my work or otherwise gaining profit through the use of my services.
- You acknowledge you are only purchasing and receiving a digital file (.jpeg or .png).
- You are not entitled to the .sai/.psd/.csf files or any files containing layers.♦ USAGE ♦- Commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE ONLY by the commissioner.
- You may use the image for your personal accounts, as long as proper credit is given to me.
- You MAY NOT redistribute the artwork for commercial usage.
This means my artwork should NOT appear on any product being sold.
- You MAY NOT claim the artwork as your own or alter/edit the commission in any way. Resizing is allowed.♦ COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS ♦- Please specify if your request is for commercial use in the commission form.
- I will communicate more in depth about commercial policies to the client.Again: By commissioning me, you are agreeing to ALL the terms outlined above.
